Return & Exchange Policy
At Rhy + Lia Mini Shoppe, we aim to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Please note that all blind box sales are final. We guarantee our items are 100% AUTHENTIC.
For Flexi toys, we offer a 14-day return/exchange policy from the date of purchase, not the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify.
